New manager disrespect me and has his employee back him up.try to tell me that its not there fault for losing a part i order. And he kicks me out. Good way to bring in a new manager advance. I hope corps get to see this comment. He doesnt deserve a job. Feedback: Nothing. Store sucks at service

Worst ever! Called them to see if they had brakes and rotors for my car, the man on the phone advised they did not but the Laurel location had my brakes and he could order the rotors and have them in today! He said they don't 'usually' order parts without payment first, but he could and it would be in today! GREAT, 15 minute phone conversation later I'm told the part would be there in 2 hours from the time I called! I get there well after the part is supposed to be there for them to tell me "oh, well that was never ordered, we USUALLY get payment before the order is placed".. so WHY did the guy take all my info, keep me on the phone for 15mins, tell me where i could get my brake pads and tell me it would be in at a specific time and never even put an order in??? They got my name and phone number WHY didn't they contact me to tell me nevermind they couldn't place the order without payment first, I could've payed over the phone!It's too bad I directly supervise over a hundred delivery drivers that often need a reliable parts store, they won't be advised to go here. In fact I plan on sharing my story of the incompetent employees and horrible service this location offers!
